Submissions and Snow!!!

I really do like winter, but about this time of year, I start to get tired of it. Tonight it is raining, then snowing, then raining again. Honestly, I would rather have the snow and cold because then I don't have a muddy back yard and 12 furry feet to drag it all inside (to go along with all the fur that ends up on the floors!)

The kids are weighing their chances of a day off school or a 2 hour delay. Probably pretty slim chance, but thier hopes are up anyway. The temp is hovering around 32, so who knows what might happen if it gets just a little colder. We really haven't had more than a couple of inches at at time this season, which is disappointing. That is the only reason that I am not whole hog into spring feaver is because I feel like we have been cheated out of a good snowfall.

Enough complianing about the weather (can't change it, so why complain? I guess it is fun!) I have been finishing up a big design submission, probably just a few more hours before I am ready to send it off. I have high hopes, as I am pretty happy with the yarn and the designs. I feel positive, and will keep my fingers crossed that the submittee (?) will feel the same way.
